Ninjas coaching ninjas
Brandon Tasner
Favorite ninja skill: Falling safely from big heights — and reacting fast to whatever’s coming next.
Favorite part of coaching: Helping kids build the mental and physical strength to reach their goals and move through everyday life with more ease.
Fun fact: He’s bilingual — Spanish is his second language, thanks to family in southern Mexico.
The hardest prison to escape is the comfort that made you weak.
Kaden Forsha
Kaden competed on American Ninja Warrior Junior all three seasons and made the top eight twice. He has dyslexia and ADHD and calls them his superpowers — he’s given a TED talk, spoken at the Colorado State Capitol three times, and talks with teachers, parents and kids about how ninja helped him find his passion.
Also loves: parkour (with medals to prove it), climbing, biking, skiing and trail running at Red Rocks.
Favorite obstacle: Salmon ladder.
I choose to see my obstacles as gifts. The obstacles are the only reason you don’t fall in the water.
Dan Nickum
Favorite event: Ninja, of course.
Favorite part of coaching: When a student conquers an obstacle for the very first time.
Fun fact: Coach Dan is a 1st-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do.
The only thing you need is an unshakable belief in yourself.

Anytime. Our ninja program is ongoing, so you can enroll any week — there’s no session start date to wait for.
