Recreational Gymnastics Director
We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and experienced Recreational Gymnastics Director to lead and grow the recreational program at 5280 Gymnastics. The ideal candidate has a strong background in managing successful recreational programs, motivating staff, and creating a fun, engaging learning environment.
This role is responsible for daily operations and the financial health of the recreational program, including hiring, training, and supporting coaches, developing class curriculums, and maintaining program quality. It also involves organizing special events such as Recreational Showcases, birthday parties, camps, exhibitions, and preschool parties.

Preschool Coach
5280 will provide training for the right candidate! A successful applicant must be caring, fun, responsible, organized, have a positive attitude and a love for working with kids. Experience working with kids is preferred. Must be available on weekdays, weekday evenings and/or Saturday.

Ninja Coach
Looking for part-time ninja coach to coach in afternoons starting at 4pm and possibly Saturday mornings. Our equipment and program caters to the younger ninja ages so you must be comfortable with coaching ages 4-13. A successful applicant will be responsible, enthusiastic and self-motivated, have prior experience teaching or competing in gymnastics, and work well will children of all ages and abilities.

Compulsory Girls/Xcel Team Coach
Our girl’s competitive teams are growing, and we are looking for the right candidates to join our experienced coaching team. Ideal candidates must love working with children and have experience coaching girl’s USAG Compulsory or Xcel teams. Must have knowledge of spotting skills and strong basics with focus on details and form.
