Our Mission:
To provide a world class gymnastics program that fosters
a lifelong love of the sport of gymnastics for girls and boys of every age and ability

BETH TRAMMELL
Owner
Beth believes that the physical, mental, and social skills learned through the sport of gymnastics help every child succeed in whatever they choose to do. She and her late husband, Jim, opened 5280 Gymnastics in 2002 with the goal of providing a world-class gymnastics program that fosters a lifelong love of the sport for every age and ability. Although Jim and Beth were never gymnasts themselves, they loved what the sport did for their children.
Sadly, in late 2017, we lost Jim to the blood cancer Multiple Myeloma. Since then, Beth and the 5280 family have honored Jim’s legacy through their ongoing commitment to advancing the sport of gymnastics and fundraising for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
As 5280 Gymnastics celebrates 25 years of serving the community this year, the program has continued to flourish, now with locations in both Wheat Ridge and Littleton. Over the years, 5280 has proudly produced two Olympians (Sasha Artemev and Yul Moldauer), countless collegiate scholarships, and a plethora of state, regional, and national champions.
