n the 5280 Gymnastics recreational
program, we don’t just teach gymnastics skills, we teach life skills
as well. Your child may think some tasks are difficult or
impossible. Our goal is to give them the right tools and teach them
how to overcome fear, negative thoughts and physical challenges.
Through our program, your child will:
