Freerunning is a exciting new unconventional gymnastic art in which participants, known as Freerunners, use their landscape to perform acrobatic movements through its structures. It incorporates efficient movements from Parkour, adds aesthetic vaults and other acrobatics, such as tricking and break dancing, creating an athletic and aesthetically pleasing way of moving.
Participants in the Freerunning class will work on mastering fluid movement through complex obstacles of gymnastics training mats, and executing beginner to advanced skills in Gymnastics, Tricking, and B-boying. Students will have the opportunity to practice in an environment friendly to beginners, making use of training tools like crash mats and foam pits.
